PROJECTS

The Eliminator is “next generation” technology for eliminating all waste, including toxic and hazardous waste. Using operating temperatures of 10,180°+ F, the technology instantaneously disintegrates wastes into elemental and ionized particles. The Scission Reactor features a clean, economic and efficient alternative to incineration and storage or disposal of toxic or hazardous materials.

The “Eliminator” is self-contained and emits no pollutants.  The C02 and other inert gases produced as by-products are captured and separated by a compressor into gas cylinders for other industrial or research uses. Other inert elements, such as carbon, nickel or chromium, are captured in a filtration system and also can be recycled back into the market place or used in-house.


The “Eliminator” unit is self-cleaning and has a self-contained chiller for cooling exhaust gases before being compressed into gas cylinders. The average hospital-size unit (8'W x 10'L x 6'7’’H) will destroy one ton of waste per hour and will use less than $10 dollars in electricity per hour.


The “Eliminator” is both easy and safe to operate. Quite literally, anyone that can operate a microwave can learn to operate the Thermal Scission Reactor. The unit can be built to any size in order to meet the waste-stream to be destroyed.

APPLICATIONS

MILITARY: Throughout the world, there are literally thousands of bunkers filled with mustard gas and warfare chemicals stored in decaying and leaking containers.

MEDICAL:
can be built to fit into any surgery room that will allow for the destruction of human organs and tissue, clamps, valves, scissors, needles, and other paraphernalia without the articles leaving the room.

INDUSTRIAL AND CHEMICAL WASTE:
can destroy toxic waste compounds, turning them into an environmentally safe carbon powder or C02 gas, and again with no emissions.

MUNICIPAL:
a staggering mound of garbage can be turned into a small mound of pure environmentally-friendly carbon that can be put in a landfill or recycled into commercial products.

HOME:
a scaled down reactor can be made small enough to sit in the corner of a utility room. Anyone that can operate a microwave can operate the reactor. The system can be cleaned with the family vacuum cleaner and the carbon spread over the flower bed.

SEWAGE TREATMENT:
Sludge build-up in community, municipality, and sub-division waste treatment plants can be treated with the reactor. Through the unique filtering system, trace minerals, as well as the carbon, can be extracted and recycled.

GENERAL INDUSTRIAL:
The Scission Reactor can handle low levels of radiation such as those used in x-rays. With only minor modifications, such as extruders and extractors, explosive and highly volatile materials can be disposed of.
